I went through the process of creating an XML file for all posts in blog A to import into blog B. The process seemed to work fine, however when the content from blog A showed up in blog B there were numerous problems.
Blog B is using Jupiter custom theme. Blog A is using Evolve theme. The export file when downloaded into the new Jupiter theme has errors, doesn’t show all posts, shows posts in a random order.
When you click to “Read More” on any post you either see an error Forbidden: You don’t have permission to access / on this server. Apache/2.2.22 (Ubuntu) Sever at wp2.deductr.com Port 80 or it returns you to the home page of the company website where the blog is housed. The company website is also being built on a WP template.
Videos will not play and images are not being displayed.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Tried searching for similar situations posted here but nothing duplicated what we are experiencing. I've done the export/import with other blogs and it worked flawlessly, but not this time.
