I recently found out that yandex webmaster marked my xml as incorrect due to "wrong encoding, sitemap.xml should start with <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
Is there a way I can make it accepted by yandex? It gives me bad search results, while I have first positions in google. This is so important for me.
