Can you possibly create an option to create the static sitemaps (and dynamic sitemaps)?
Background info: I installed the plugin because it created static sitemap. Now, the latest version (1.0.8) creates sitemaps only dynamically (which is good for most use cases). Unfortunately, it means either to use an alternative plugin or fork it to maintain in a different branch locally. We prefer static sitemap generation, as dynamic sitemap generation would kill the performance on a traffic spike (and thus the memory which is very small in our VPS).
