I'm using latest version of your plugin,
I receive errors from WMT in url like this:
<image:image>
<image:loc>http://velvetcinema.it/wp-content/uploads/2014/08/favino_senza_nessuna_pietà_trailer_.jpg</image:loc>
<image:title>Pierfrancesco Favino e Senza Nessuna Pietà</image:title>
</image:image>it shows error 404 "on URL http://velvetcinema.it/wp-content/uploads/2014/08/favino_senza_nessuna_piet"
I think problem is encoding ( http://velvetcinema.it/wp-content/uploads/2014/08/favino_senza_nessuna_pietà_trailer_.jpg I mean) because Google tells to entity encode everythink, URL included ( https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/35653?hl=en#survey=true )
Is this a bug or I misunderstood?
