Just keep both "WordPress SEO" and "Google xml sitemaps". And at WP SEO plugin setting, you uncheck creat sitemap to ensure WP seo plugin dont make any sitemap. Then let "Google xml sitemaps" make sitemap for you. "GXS" is best choice for making sitemap. Because this plugin from google. and it will make a profession sitemap for you.
