sigh, No problem. Surprised that no one else is having this issue. Perhaps they haven't checked there webmaster tools and thus not seen the error..
Or what I think is that most people are using an older version of the plugin and my recent update has broken something..
I think the issue lies in the class-sitemaps.php file... but where to look and what to change... hmm
