neworld on "[Plugin: Flamingo] Export file downloads as XML, can't open in Excel"

I'm using Flamingo 1.0.4. It works great, but the Export file downloads as an XML file. When I try to open it in Excel it gives a parsing error. I can only open it in Notepad.

Any suggestions for a solution?
