Kelli Sussman on "[Plugin: WP RSS Multi Importer] ’ or ' (single quotation not displaying)"

I am having a similar issue with ' showing instead of a single quote. I have tried the items mentioned above. It's in my widget feed. Any ideas for correcting it? Here is a page that shows this in the sidebar feed: http://50.87.144.103/~volufire/volunteer/
