oldsalt on "Installing Test Data XML File to Computer"

Thank you Senff. I thought I was there but when I imported the XML file I received:
"Sorry, there has been an error.
This does not appear to be a WXR file, missing/invalid WXR version number" - whatever that means as the file is from the Wordpress website. I have tried a few times with the same result.
