I tried it with a "new" installation. Going back to Wordpress 3.1.4 (as the Importer needs 3.0 and newer, whereas blogsport still uses 1.5.1.2.). I again used the 17 parts of the XML-Backup. I realized, that from the comments only the last one to an article was imported, although the other comments can be found in the XML file.
