Can’t parse property description

Hello, I’m trying to import a Kyero file, however the property description is not showing. My description field appears like this in the xml file:

<desc><it>Description here</it></desc>

Custom field mapping also did not help:

 If/desc/it is equal to* then set Post Content to{/desc/it} 

 If/desc is equal to*then set Post Content to{/desc}
