LearnPress XML Won’t Upload

I had tried to upload this file LearnPressMasteringTheLawOfAttraction.xml on to WordPress website after the site had crashed and I was able to restore it. Unfortunately the website restored to before I had made the course and so I lost all of what was done already.

I downloaded WordPress Importer to try to import this file back into my site and the importer told me :
“Sorry, there has been an error.
This does not appear to be a WXR file, missing/invalid WXR version number”

If anyone could help me resolve this I would very much appreciate it!
