Custom Currency aggregator from XML

Hi,

Is there a way to add a custom currency aggregator which provides only information through an XML, CSV, PDF and XLS. I saw that there is information how to add an API here https://currency-switcher.com/how-to-add-its-own-custom-currency-aggregator, but it does not mention XML.

Is there a way to read this file and add it to the plugin on a daily basis.
