I have searched through the support page and the forums and can’t quite find the same issue as I’m having.
I have the refresh period for the XML catalogue set to daily however it was missing a bunch of products.
I did a manual refresh for the feed and checked it, now it is updated and uploaded just fine.
So we are unsure of whether the feed isn’t actually updating after an automatic run or whether the refresh is not running at all.
