broken link in the sitemap

Hi,

We use the popular WPML plugin to add the Spanish version for one of our posts and when we look at the Yoast generated sitemap after the translated post added, I see two URL entries pointing to the translated post, one is correct and one is broken which I can’t find anywhere inside the WP-Admin for the broken one.

https://mydomain.com/2020/07/25/el-mejor-país-para-viajar/ (broken link)
https://mydomain.com/es/2020/07/25/el-mejor-país-para-viajar/ (Correct, working)

Any idea and how can I get rid of the broken one in the sitemap?
