500 products 500 xml files

Hi,

I have a question about the import of products.

My supplier send me all my products to ftp, but they send me over 500 different xml files, one for each product.

My question: Is that normal? Now I need to do the import like 500 times?

Can I ask them to make one xml file with all products?
