I use Yoast SEO for XML sitemap generation. I noticed that new posts are not always indexed by Google and start looking at different settings.
Right now I noticed that XML Sitemap lists all older posts from past years in sitemap_posts1.xml, sitemap_posts2.xml, and the new posts are placed in sitemap_posts220.xml.
Is this normal? This could hurt indexation? Shoud I limit the number of posts in sitemap?
