I’ve been using WordPress for many years now, but I keep running into bandwidth issues and issues with my hosts. I finally decided to switch to Squarespace about a week ago. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to transfer all my posts and images from WordPress to Squarespace because it keeps telling me the import failed and the file isn’t complete. Squarespace live chat left me with this:
“If you increase the XML export size within WordPress, the “</rss>” tag at the very end of the file is present, and it’s still not importing to your Squarespace site please attach the XML file in your response here so I can test and take a closer look.”
I don’t know how to increase the XML export size, and neither did the live chat person. I just want to transfer my pages, posts, images, and comments so I can keep on writing!
