after adjusting php.ini values like:
post_max_size, upload_max_filesize, max_execution_time and max_excution_time
using one of these files:
php.ini, .htaccess, functions.php, wp-config.php, php5.ini
And then splitting my XML file into a million pieces it will work. Fingers crossed!
