I really need some coding help. I will try to make this short. 
I want to add a custom “codeblock” to the header between the logo and the menu on the right. You can check it out (http://starivrh.drustvostrojnik.si/).
Where can I do that ? Do any of you maybe have or know the code to do that ?
In the codeblock I want to have import XML files. With what plugin can I import XML files? How can I include them in the code so that they will show on my codeblock?
I want to do this: (http://www.starivrh.si/)- the yellow container (refreshing weather,… with PUSH XML files)
I want to do the same container in my heder on this site http://starivrh.drustvostrojnik.si/.
Please check it out and help me because I want to learn
