Yoast XML site map generation

I’m testing Yoast XLM generation but I have back this error:

Errore interpretazione XML: la dichiarazione XML o testuale non è all’inizio di un’entità
Indirizzo: http://www.mauma.it/sitemap_index.xml
Riga numero 1, colonna 5: <?xml version=”1.0″ encoding=”UTF-8″?><?xml-stylesheet type=”text/xsl” href=”//www.mauma.it/main-sitemap.xsl”?>

anybody could helpme to solve?
