Our English sitemap contains a URL to the Dutch version of the homepage, see:
https://www.worcade.com/en/page-sitemap.xml
Can you tell me whether this is a misconfiguration on my end? Or a bug in either Yoast SEO or WPML (and if so, which)?
Version numbers: WordPress (4.5.2), WPML (3.3.8) and Yoast SEO (3.2.5).
Note I submitted the sitemaps to Google a few weeks ago, only 4/6 of the English pages are indexed, but none of the Dutch.
