the sea explorer on "categories updated & now showing XML tab under each category tab"

Hi, I recently updated WordPress arclite to 4.4.1. After updating I updated all the plugins but now my categories show a tab with XML underneath the category tab. I've tried creating new categories but it creates them with an XML tab underneath. I've included a link to the site if anyone want to see what the issue looks like.

The issue appears to be linked in some way with the WP CSS Drop Down Menu plugin. When it's active the blue banner around the tabs is visible, when it's not active the blue banner disappears but the categories still link to the posts
If anyone could help with this it would be greatly appreciated
