The theme and images aren't included with the export file.
With WordPress.com, images can only be transferred if they're properly attached to the posts/pages by being uploaded and inserted while writing the posts/pages.
As for themes, you should be able to find the same one you were using via Appearance -> Themes -> Add New in your blog's Dashboard.
