I believe it will start loading if you change the config parameter in your shortcode above to this (i.e no /wordpress in the link):
config="/wp-content/plugins/webrotate-360-product-viewer/360_assets/newproject2/NewProject2.xml"
PS: there might be an issue with the viewer dimensions when it's loaded inside a hidden tab like in your example above. Please let us know if so - you can email us directly via support at webrotate360 dot com.
