Hmmm, I see. Unfortunately we've never encountered what you are seeing before, and I'm not sure what might cause Yoast to do that. It could be some sort of incompatibility with your theme or another plugin you have running on your site. I would recommend trying it out with a default WordPress theme and without other plugins running and see if you still see this issue.
