As I said before, I didn't use it within a WordPress system, so any code I used won't be a drop-in plugin.
If you read the API documentation you will see that it is very easy. All you need is to set up a form with the correct field names, and send that data to their system. If you can't figure it out you should think about hiring someone to do it for you.
