How can i add recurring donation to nab transact in wordpress site......?

I added other field in my website http://viewourdemo.com/GCHCA/nab-payment/

But i want to add recurring donation to nab transact in it like this website (2. Type of donation) https://donate.youthfocus.com.au/

Can any one help me how can i add it or give code for that......1
