I am using Wordpress version - 4.2.1, using Maskitto Light theme. As part of their setup it says to install your plugin and then using the import/export feature import all the types from a types.xml file.
Thank you for your quick response, I have today stripped the theme from the website however the import/export option is still blanked out. It doesn't seem to be controlled by the theme. I'm really stumped as everything else works really well.
I have downloaded, activated and tried. Deactivated, deleted, deleted setup files from server, restarted and then re-added etc, but this still does not work.
