So apparently my hosting company sent me an email saying the following:

/thekitchenwhisperer/wp-includes/images/wlw/customize.pl: PHP.C99-7 FOUND
/thekitchenwhisperer/wp-includes/images/wlw/locale.php: HG.WSO.Shell.9.UNOFFICIAL FOUND
I've removed those files however until they can re-scan my account I can't log in to the WP Admin dashboard to create an XML Export. I've already created a database backup however don't I also need to create the XML export for all content as well if I have to rebuild my site elsewhere?
If I do, how can I create an XML export without access to the Dashboard Tool?
