My personal opinion is that it can definitely be useful, but I will dedicate time to it when the geniuses behind this new idea will provide a clear, final documentation. I won't bother trying to understand how to read those cryptic Word documents and XSD files, just to find out that they are out of date. Besides, they should at least provide a validation system for MOSS files (not all developers are registered for it, nor they need to be).
