mortonda on "Feed Syntax Error - Can't update the page"

My RSS feed has stopped working with our newest update:

I used a feed validator and this is the result:

How do I modify that xml file to remove the & in the title? Looking in my FTP I do not have a /feeds/ directory to house that file and my google-fu has failed me. Please help!
