tlambertus on "XML sitemap not including custom post type"

I have two copies of the same site, set-up on the same VPS server w/ Network Solutions under two different domains. The main domain for the server package is foo.com, and bar.com is also set-up as one of the domains on that package.

I have a TEST version of the site set-up on subdomain test.foo.com.

I have a LIVE version of the site set-up under a different domain bar.com

Wordpress version 4.0 is installed on both.

The custom post type in question is from the WP Job Manager plug-in.

On test.foo.com, when generating XML sitemaps using any XML sitemap generator, the permalinks are proper: test.foo.com/job/product-manager/

On bar.com, when generating XML sitemaps, /job/ is never included: bar.com/product-manager/ OR the "job" custom post type never shows up in the xml file at all.

HOWEVER: the URLs are both the same for the active job posting, both are domain.com/job/product-manager/ It's the sitemap generation that is not working properly on the LIVE site (bar.com)

The permalink settings are the same on both installations domain.com/%post-name%/, other custom post types show up when generating the sitemaps on BOTH installations (ie. slide, portfolio etc.)..... the only one that won't show up is the WP Job Manager post type on the LIVE installation.

I've deleted .htaccess file, re-saved permalinks, nothing.
I've checked that the .htacess files are the same in both installations, both are the same.
I've looked at the WordPress Options DB table for both sites, all seems perfectly in order.

Any thoughts on how I can figure out this discrepancy, and why this post type is not getting included in my sitemaps?
